Goods refer to items available for sale on our website.
Orders mean requests you make to purchase Goods from us.
Service refers to our website, UpCrib, accessible at www.upcrib.net.
You means the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.

Refund Process: We will issue your refund within 14 days from receiving the returned Goods. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase, without additional fees.

Conditions for Returns
For a return to be eligible:

Timeframe: Within 7 days of receiving your Order.

Condition: Goods must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Goods:

We cannot accept returns for:

Customized or personalized items.
Goods that are perishable, have expired, or deteriorate quickly.
Goods unsealed after delivery due to health and hygiene reasons (e.g., certain clothing or accessories).
Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items/lost during delivery.
We reserve the right to decline returns if the Goods do not meet these conditions.

Note: Only regular-priced Goods are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable, except as required by law.

Defective or Incorrect Goods
If the Goods you receive are defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at info@upcrib.net within 7 days of receiving your Order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, as per your choice and depending on item availability.

Returning Goods
If you need to return an item, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the Goods are defective or incorrect. Please send returns to:

To protect your return, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the Goods or proof of their return delivery.

Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value once the returned item is received.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift or were shipped to the gift giver, the refund will go to the gift giver.
